Our guided meditations help you achieve mindfulness before, during, and after your trip. We offer free meditations from many well-trained trip guides like Tara Brach and some psychedelic integration therapists from Field Trip Health Inc. Before and after a trip, you may access meditations by category (prepare, deepen, soothe, integrate, breathe, music, imagine, and daily practice). You may choose to practice some of the grounding breathwork techniques or cultivate creativity through our imagination meditations. During a trip, we offer the opportunity to choose from our meditations based on your progress in your journey. We have guided meditations curated for the process of easing in, deepening, and soothing your mind.
