We offer simple, well established sleep techniques to help you fall asleep fast. Some of these techniques focus on the breath 478 breathing, 234 breathing, and boxed breathing. Some of these techniques interrupt and stop racing thoughts that might keep you up like cognitive shuffling or counting the breath.
Learn mindfulness
Mindfulness can help you stress less, sleep better, have more vivid dreams, improve dream recall, or even achieve lucid dreaming. It can reduce anxiety and help you fall asleep fast.
We offer guided meditations that teach basic mindfulness, body scans, progressive muscle relaxations, non-judgement, and gratitude.
